Hey there, I’m Dale. Welcome to my build journal, The Kampereen. I’ve sold small popup tent campers and trailers made by other companies for almost twenty years through my website Open Road Outfitters.
A few years, I started building my own. I do this mostly for fun and I don’t consider myself an expert at this. But along the way, I have figured out a few things that work and a LOT that don’t. So, I decided to start documenting my builds along with my discoveries, successes and failures on this site.
I am happy to answer any questions you have (if I know the answer) because I have come to understand that I learn more through the eyes of others than through my own.
